FOR PILOT’S

• “PILOT” word referred as delivery boy, who work as delivery agent in Pick and Drop company.
• Any verbal agreement will not be applicable between the company and the employee (pilot).
• has right to take any legal action against any illegal conduct of the employee.
• Employee has to serve for the time slot and days as mentioned by the company.
• Any damage or misplacement of delivery object will not be the responsibility of the company. It will be solely responsibility of the pilot.
• Violation of the company policy by pilot, will be subject of legal action by the company.
• If we receive complain against any pilot more than 3 times than, 25% of his wages will be hold by the company until the complaint reason is resolved. Regarding this issue the pilot is not liable to make any complain against the company in any govt. or non-govt. Body.
• As stated in point no.7 if the issues did not get resolved, the company will be liable to deduct 50% of pilot’s salary.

FOR CUSTOMER

• Customer has to disclose about package/parcel he/she is booking for delivery.
• Anything which is an illegal or unethical will be not delivered by us.
• Package /parcel should be packed properly.
• Ensure your package/parcel after you receive at drop location.
